THE NEW TESTAMENT CHURCH
It is extremely difficult today for many to appreciate the simplicity, yet the sublime beauty and grandeur, of the New Testament church. This difficulty, however, is not that the true church is so complex, but that their minds have been filled and confused with unscriptural ideas of the church. There are more than 500 different denominational churches in America today claiming allegiance to Christ, and approximately 22,000 in the entire worldn (This is an updated data taken from the most recent surveys made in the world). The existence of these numerous churches makes it difficult to see the true church in its proper light, just as the presence of hundreds of other stars make it difficult for the average person to locate the north star.
